Deposit payment
Wedding & Event bookings
To secure your stylist we ask for a deposit of €500 (Monday to Saturday, except bank holidays) for each booked stylist, to be paid at least 4 weeks before your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the final amount payable on the wedding or event day. The remaining balance is payable directly to your stylist on the wedding or event day in cash or with credit or debit card (except American Express). We also ask for a deposit of €250 in case you book a trial on location (outside the salon). Apart from the deposit payment, a booking is not legal before our offer has been being signed by the client at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding or event.
The deposit can be paid either at our salon in Palma de Mallorca in cash or with credit or debit card (except American Express), online with Paypal or credit cards using the payment gateway form further down, or by bank transfer.
If you change your mind for any reason deposits are fully refundable up to 4 weeks before your booking. Cancellations after that, and up to 2 weeks prior to your booking, we charge 50% of the total of the required services. Cancellations within 2 weeks in prior to your booking, we charge 100% of the total of the booked services.
In case you have booked a trial and you cancel up to 2 weeks before, we fully refund your deposit. Cancellations after that, and up to 1 weeks prior to your trial booking, we charge 50% of the total of the required services. Cancellations within 1 week in prior to your trail booking, we charge 100% of the total of your booked services.
